2. Services
Summit Stone Concrete Co. provides concrete construction services including driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, stamped concrete and repair, from our office at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO 80301. Service availability, schedules and pricing may change at any time.
3. Assumption of risk
Active job sites carry inherent risk. You agree to keep people, pets and vehicles clear of work areas, forms and fresh concrete until we release the site. Cured concrete may still show hairline cracking, which is normal.
4. Estimates and billing
Payment terms, deposits and cancellation policies are provided in your written bid. Unless stated otherwise, the bid price is fixed for the scope described and changes require written approval.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Stone Concrete Co. by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Clients agree to treat our crew, staff and equipment with respect and to provide safe site access. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior that endangers or disrupts work.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including project photos, text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Stone Concrete Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Stone Concrete Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
